Yes, our LMT Tracy Gilday currently accepts Blue Cross and Providence. We also accept MVA insurance. 

Monthly massage memberships and packages may be shared with family members of your choosing. Yoga memberships are not able to be shared, however members may bring a friend to class for free twice a month. 

As of right now, we do not require clients to wear masks or to show proof of vaccination. However, we do allow instructors or workshop facilitators to request that their clients wear masks. If you feel more comfortable with a mask, you may also ask that your therapist wear one as well. It is up to each therapist and instructor whether or not they wish to provide information about their personal vaccination status. 

When booking online, you will be prompted to authorize a credit card to have on file – it does not charge you at this time. This is for safeguarding against late cancellations and no-shows. However, if you do not wish to have your credit card on file, you may call us to book instead – (503) 650-6494

Yes! Both yoga and massage memberships can be put on hold – whether you’re on vacation, out of town, or any other reason. Call or email us to do this. 

Absolutely! We are always seeking and encouraging new workshop ideas. If you have a practice that you would like to share, please email or call us to plan it out!

Yes, couples massage are done in our largest room with two tables. If you prefer separate rooms for a couples, please specify at the time of booking. 

Technically, yes. Our “Bikram” yoga class is called Heated 26&2, at a slightly lower temperature than the average Bikram class.
