Healing the Child Within
We all have a story. And our story carries a past that has shaped how we relate in the here and now. While that story is over, done, and gone, it is undeniable that we carry the energies with us. Much of the emotional energies of our story involve a child we once were, a child that still roams within and directs our lives. A child that has seen pain AND joy. A child that has built incredible faculties to shield and protect. A child who may, at times, need the adult self- you- to remind them that you will keep them safe.
In this 2-hour workshop, you will reconnect with the child within, repair wounds, and begin to reprogram your beliefs to align with your empowered life. Certified Hypnotherapist, Alicia Joy, will guide you in building a deeper understanding of the subconscious connection to your inner child. You will walk away from the workshop with greater clarity about this powerful relationship, your beautiful mind, and tools for navigating the challenges that arise from past wounds.

Shamanic Journey Workshop
A Shamanic journey is a deep, guided-imagery experience that leads you -while awake- to a state similar to dreaming. You may experienced vivid imagery and deep transformational healing.
Renee Sanguinetti is a practitioner of earth-based healing, focused on multicultural, indigenous practices. She leads shamanic journeys and soul retrievals, and conducts dream work for individual and groups. She is a Reiki master of the Usui lineage and a licensed psychotherapist.

Reiki Circle - Free
Come and experience the magic of giving and receiving Reiki. We start with a meditation to instantly initiate the ability to give Reiki during this session only. We use massage tables where you are fully clothed and receive hands on healing from those who attend. We all wash our hands in between each session and masks are optional.
Reiki is an energy-based Japanese healing technique used to reduce pain, stress, anxiety, and depression.
This energy is channeled at the highest vibrational frequency (angelic realm) and fills your body with energy.
Your body decides what how to use the energy.
Most people feel a DEEP sense of PEACE, RELAXATION and REDUCTION IN PAIN.
Some feel a tingling or wave like feeling.
Come and feel how magical this energy truly is!

Join us with Reiki Master Tracy Gilday in a Reiki I & II (Usui/Holy Fire III) class.
Reiki is a very therapeutic practice (for both client and practitioner!), and is often used for stress relief, anxiety, depression and pain management. Reiki is channeled through the practitioner's hands to the client's (fully clothed) body. This practice is safely done on animals, objects, and children, and is not contained by the boundaries of time.
Learn the history and foundation of this Japanese healing technique, founded in the 1920's by Dr. Mikao Usui. In these workshops, you will receive a Reiki I & II attunement, which allows you to channel this energy through your hands to yourself and others. In Reiki II, you will learn about three important symbols we use to unlock this channel of energy and utilize it's divine purpose.
Each class can be used as 8 continuing education (CE) credits for Massage Therapy, or just for your own personal benefit.
