The Quiet Turning: A Restorative Evening of Reiki and Sound- Wed. Sept. 2nd 7:45-9pm

Honor the quiet turning of the season through Reiki, immersive sound, and deep rest as you restore balance and reconnect within.

Enjoy 20% off when purchasing 2 or more tickets!

Early September is a threshold, a sacred pause between the fullness of summer and the gentle arrival of autumn. The days begin to soften, golden light lingers a little lower in the sky, and the earth subtly shifts from outward expression toward quiet nourishment. Nature reminds us that every season has its own rhythm, and that there is wisdom in both blooming and slowing down.

This is an invitation to honor that rhythm within yourself.

Join us for an evening where the soothing vibrations of a deeply immersive sound bath intertwine with the gentle, restorative touch of Reiki. Together, these healing arts create a sanctuary for your mind, body, and spirit, a space where you can simply rest, receive, and remember the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the noise of everyday life.

As you relax comfortably, waves of sound from the Chinese Chau gong, 432 hz singing crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, crystal pyramid, crystal harp, various chimes, and other sacred instruments will gently guide your nervous system into a state of deep calm. Throughout the journey, Kelsey of Painted Water Therapy will offer Reiki, a gentle energy practice that channels compassionate, life-force energy through light touch or hands held just above the body. Reiki invites your nervous system to soften, encourages your body's natural flow of energy, and supports balance, deep relaxation, and a sense of wholeness. Woven together with the immersive sound bath, these two healing modalities create a deeply nurturing experience for mind, body, and spirit.

Like the earth releasing the urgency of summer, you are invited to soften your grip, let your breath deepen, and allow whatever has felt heavy or hurried to gently fall away.

Together, Reiki and sound healing may help you:

Settle your nervous system and melt away stress Release physical tension and energetic stagnation Quiet mental chatter and cultivate inner stillness

Support emotional balance and gentle healing Restore vitality and encourage restful sleep Deepen your connection to intuition and inner guidance Create space for clarity, presence, and peace September asks nothing more than that we begin listening again, to the changing wind, the lengthening shadows, the wisdom of the earth, and the quiet rhythm of our own hearts. As daylight gives way to dusk, we'll gather in stillness, allowing sound and Reiki to gently guide us into the quiet embrace of the coming season.

Come wrapped in comfort. Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and gently aligned with the season's invitation to slow down, restore, and trust the beauty of becoming.

West Linn Holistic Center provides cushioned "gaming chairs" that can lie flat or gently recline. Please bring a pillow or other items to aid in your comfort.

Thank you so much! Let me know if you need anything else from me.

With warmth and light,

Gabrielle Urbani

In the fullness of late summer, the earth moves in a rhythm of ripening, warmth, and gradual softening. The days may still be bright and full, yet beneath the surface there is an invitation to slow down, to listen for the quieter pulse that has always been present within us.

Return to Your Inner Rhythm: A Sound Bath Journey is a restorative evening created to help you step out of the constant movement of daily life and reconnect with the natural pace of your body, breath, and inner world. Together, we will begin with a toe-to-crown guided tension release, easing into a grounding guided visualization that invites your body to settle, your mind to grow quieter, and your nervous system to release what it has been holding.

As you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in a layered soundscape of the Chinese Chau gong, 432hz singing crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, crystal pyramid, crystal harp, and a variety of chimes. Each sound is offered as an invitation, not to do or achieve anything, but simply to receive. You may notice tension beginning to soften, thoughts becoming less urgent, or a deeper sense of spaciousness emerging within.

Inspired by the earth’s steady rhythms, this gathering is a space to honor rest as something essential rather than something earned. It is a chance to come home to your own internal tempo, reconnect with what feels grounding and true, and leave feeling more settled, supported, and restored.

No experience is needed. Please bring anything that will help you feel cozy and comfortable as you rest. West Linn Holistic Center provides cushioned gaming chairs that lie flat or recline, as well as bolsters and blankets. Please bring anything else to aid in your comfort: pillow, blanket, water, etc

Reiki Circle - 3rd Tuesday of each month (Free)

Reiki Circle (Reiki Share)

A Reiki Circle, also known as a Reiki Share, is a gathering of Reiki practitioners and energy-sensitive individuals who come together to give and receive healing energy in a supportive group setting. The circle begins with grounding, centering, and setting a shared intention for healing, peace, and balance.

Participants then take turns lying on the table (or sitting comfortably) while others channel Reiki energy to them. Each person both gives and receives Reiki, creating a beautiful exchange of universal life force energy that uplifts everyone involved.

Reiki Circles are open to all levels — from beginners to experienced practitioners — and often include meditation, gentle breathwork, or reflection at the end. The focus is on community, connection, and collective healing.

Benefits: Deep relaxation and energetic renewal Shared sense of peace and connection Opportunity to practice and refine Reiki skills Supportive community of like-minded individuals Most people feel a DEEP sense of PEACE, RELAXATION and REDUCTION IN PAIN.
Some feel a tingling or wave like feeling.

Come and feel how magical this energy truly is!

Reiki Circle is the 3rd Tuesday of each month 7-9pm

Reiki I – The First Degree

Focus: Self-healing and personal energy awareness

Reiki I introduces the foundation of Reiki energy healing. Students learn the history and principles of Reiki, how it works, and how to connect with the universal life force energy through the first attunement. The emphasis is on self-healing and developing sensitivity to energy.

Key elements include:

  • Understanding the origins and philosophy of Reiki
  • Learning the Reiki principles and ethics of practice
  • Receiving the Reiki I attunement to open energy channels
  • Practicing self-treatment and giving a full Reiki session to others
  • Introduction to the human energy field and chakras
  • Techniques for grounding, protection, and clearing energy

By the end of Reiki I, students can confidently perform Reiki on themselves and offer basic treatments to family, friends, and animals.

Reiki II – The Second Degree

Focus: Distance healing and advanced techniques

Reiki II deepens the practitioner’s connection to Reiki energy and introduces powerful symbols that enhance healing. Students receive the second attunement, which amplifies their ability to channel Reiki and expands their practice beyond the physical level.

Key elements include:
  • Receiving the Reiki II attunement for a higher vibration of energy
  • Learning and using the three sacred Reiki symbols for power, harmony, and distance healing
  • Techniques for emotional and mental healing
  • Sending Reiki across distance and time
  • Enhancing intuition and working with the energetic body at a deeper level
  • Professional practice considerations and session structure

By the end of Reiki II, practitioners are equipped to offer Reiki professionally (depending on local guidelines) and perform distance or absentee healing.
