Carly has a unique background from massage therapy. She earned her bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo - and shortly after completed a Software Developer coding bootcamp. Her path seemed clear to her - a data scientist geared towards conservation efforts. However, naturally, life had other plans.
Massage therapy was always a side-pursuit and passion alongside her other goals. She graduated massage school in 2017, and overtime, she came to be fully invested in her massage business and clientele. She chose to listen to her heart, and life naturally led her to creating this healing space with her wonderfully gifted business partner, Tracy.
She has never looked back since!

Tracy is a mother of three, a loving wife, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Reiki Master of 23 years! She was attuned to Reiki in both India and the USA. Tracy is a powerful intuitive healer, who blends her love of Reiki with massage therapy.
Tracy also stems from a background in technology, and went back to school during the pandemic to become an LMT to compliment her passion for Reiki. She followed her heart and desire to heal others, and through this journey met her business partner Carly! Together, Tracy and Carly have created this sacred space to share their talents and attract other healers.

Passionate about accessable and inclusive massage therapy and bodywork, Amanda likes to take a targeted approach to her sessions using a combination of styles including:
- Trigger point
- Deep tissue
- Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation
- muscle energy techniques.
She also integrates many structural bodywork elements into her session in hopes of bringing awareness to her clients bodies from the ground up.
Inspired by her recent transition into motherhood, Amanda looks forward to developing Co-Nourishment Massage, sessions dedicated to postpartum birthing parents and their infant; where babies are welcome to join their massage-receiving parent on the table for cuddles or chest feeding.

Combining this intuitive nature with 850+ hrs of integral massage training including; Thai, Shiatsu, Swedish, Vibrational, Deep tissue, Trigger Point, Hydrotherapy, + an ever expanding continuing education, my priority is tuning into you first by listening and observing; and then curating a unique session just for you.
