Join us with Reiki Master Tracy Gilday in a Reiki I & II (Usui/Holy Fire III) class.
Reiki is a very therapeutic practice (for both client and practitioner!), and is often used for stress relief, anxiety, depression and pain management. Reiki is channeled through the practitioner's hands to the client's (fully clothed) body. This practice is safely done on animals, objects, and children, and is not contained by the boundaries of time.
Learn the history and foundation of this Japanese healing technique, founded in the 1920's by Dr. Mikao Usui. In these workshops, you will receive a Reiki I & II attunement, which allows you to channel this energy through your hands to yourself and others. In Reiki II, you will learn about three important symbols we use to unlock this channel of energy and utilize it's divine purpose.
Each class can be used as 8 continuing education (CE) credits for Massage Therapy, or just for your own personal benefit.

Reiki Circle is Third Tuesday of each month 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Come and see what it's like to receive and give Reiki healing. We have a meditation we say and use massage tables where you are fully clothed and receive hands on healing from those who attend.
Reiki is an energy-based Japanese healing technique used to reduce pain, stress, anxiety, depression. This energy is channeled at the highest vibrational frequency (angelic realm) and fills your body with energy. Your body decides what how to use the energy.
Most people feel a DEEP sense of peace and relaxation. Some feel a tingling or wave like feeling. Come and see how it feels to you!

Ancient Japanese Healing Technique
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese healing technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. It is a form of energy work, where the practitioner gently places their hands on the client. Breaking down the word, "Rei" stands for "universal", or "spiritual wisdom," and "ki" stands for "universal life force energy" - also known as Qi, Chi, Prana, or biofield energy. Reiki was discovered in the 1920's by Mikao Usui in Japan. Since then, it has expanded world-wide as a spiritual practice and healing technique.

Tracy Gilday
Reiki Master since 2001, Tracy Gilday was attuned to Reiki in India and the USA. She utilizes both cultures to integrate Reiki using chakras (India) and intuitive hand positions on the body (USA). Tracy is a powerful intuitive healer, who blends her love of Reiki with massage therapy. Her passion for Reiki and Massage shows through her work. She is also co-owner of West Linn Holistic Center.
