♦︎BIO♦︎ As her sole profession for 2 decades, Nicole Alcyon has combined her skills as a Hypnotherapist, Sound Healer – with over a dozen Singing Crystal Bowls, a chakra set of Tibetan bowls, 7 Gongs and other sound healing instruments – and her expertise on Chakra Cleansing/Balancing to create a unique and highly potent approach to therapeutic group sound healing sessions. These are channeled guided meditations/sessions from her Higher Self and the Divine that she brings forth. The intention for these high vibrational Hypno-Chakra and/or Sound Healing Sessions is to provide the opportunity to strengthen our connection and alignment to our Higher Self!
Nicole graduated from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004, and received very clear guidance to purchase a chakra set of the singing crystal bowls that same year. Upon playing her set for the first time, the idea of Hypno-Chakra Therapy was instantly "downloaded" in the mind and birthed into existence!

Reiki Circle - Free
Come and experience the magic of giving and receiving Reiki. We start with a meditation to instantly initiate the ability to give Reiki during this session only. We use massage tables where you are fully clothed and receive hands on healing from those who attend. We all wash our hands in between each session and masks are optional. Reiki is an energy-based Japanese healing technique used to reduce pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. This energy is channeled at the highest vibrational frequency (angelic realm) and fills your body with energy. Your body decides what how to use the energy. Most people feel a DEEP sense of PEACE, RELAXATION and REDUCTION IN PAIN.
Some feel a tingling or wave like feeling.
Come and feel how magical this energy truly is! Reiki Circle is the 3rd Tuesday of each month 7-9pm

Breathwork Metamorphosis
During a session of Breathwork Metamorphosis, participants are encouraged to dive deep into their subconscious minds, guiding their own healing journey through intentional breathing patterns.
The practice typically begins with setting a personal intention, which acts as a beacon throughout the session. As the breath deepens and the music flows, participants move through layers of resistance and emotional build-up. This journey through different emotional states amd memories allows for a cathartic release of what no longer serves them, clearing the path for new insights and inspirations.
The culmination of the session is often marked by a period of relaxation and silent introspection, allowing the body and mind to integrate the transformative experiences of the session. Please know that no experience is necessary to participate. You are welcome just as you are.

Join us with Reiki Master Tracy Gilday in a Reiki I & II (Usui/Holy Fire III) class.
Reiki is a very therapeutic practice (for both client and practitioner!), and is often used for stress relief, anxiety, depression and pain management. Reiki is channeled through the practitioner's hands to the client's (fully clothed) body. This practice is safely done on animals, objects, and children, and is not contained by the boundaries of time.
Learn the history and foundation of this Japanese healing technique, founded in the 1920's by Dr. Mikao Usui. In these workshops, you will receive a Reiki I & II placement, which allows you to channel this energy through your hands to yourself and others. In Reiki II, you will learn about three important symbols we use to unlock this channel of energy and utilize it's divine purpose.
Each class can be used as 8 continuing education (CE) credits for Massage Therapy, or just for your own personal benefit.
